Council's Integrated Planning

The Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework provides the mechanism to achieve sustainable local government in an environment of effective corporate governance.

Council’s Corporate Plan incorporates community feedback and then set’s out what we would like to achieve over the next five years – Our Strategic Pillars; and how we intend to achieve this.  

The Annual Operational Plan and Budget then provide the detail of what will be done each year towards achieving these outcomes and strategies and how they will be resourced.

Ongoing Department, Project and Performance Reporting ensures Council’s ongoing alignment to this planning process.
