Disclosure logs

Our disclosure log provides documents released in response to information requests made under the Right to Information Act 2009.

To access a document in the disclosure log, either:

• click on the document link in the disclosure log (below), or
• contact us on 07 4034 5700 and ask for the ‘Records Officer’ or email records@TSIRC.qld.gov.au to request a copy of a specific document identified in the disclosure log.

NOTE:

• Documents aren’t included in the disclosure log if they contain personal information or are otherwise unsuitable for publication according to legislation.
• If no Right to Information applications have been decided, or the document(s) released contain(s) personal information, there will be no documents in the disclosure log.
• Where the decision-making process to delete or redact information under s78B of the Right to Information Act 2009 has resulted in blank pages, these have not been included in the disclosure log.

Where documents have been determined suitable for release, they’re provided in PDF format.

If a copy of the information on our disclosure log is required in an alternative format, contact us on 07 4034 5700 and ask for the ‘Records Officer’, or email records@TSIRC.qld.gov.au.

We’ll endeavour to provide it in a more suitable format.
